On 06/24/2021, at approximately 1114 hours, deputies from the Fugitive Unit responded to 285 Indian Point Circle in an attempt to serve an active felony warrant for Adam Lee Andersen (D.O.B. 01/31/1987). Mr. Andersen was outside of his home as deputies approached. He fled and entered his home and refused to exit. Multiple deputies responded to the scene to assist. Negotiations were established with him, but Mr. Andersen refused to exit. After an extended period. Mr. Andersen exited the residence and surrendered to deputies at the scene. There were no injuries to Mr. Andersen or deputies at the scene.
Mr. Andersen’s felony warrant was out of our agency and was for the following:
Pretrial Detention Revoked reference to his original charges of Corruption by threat against public officials and Written threats to conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.
