[Osceola, FL] On Friday, August 26, 2022, a subject identified as Eli Aldana-Rodriguez entered the Kay Jewelers at 3216 N. John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL, and requested to see a necklace and charm valued at approximately $11,000. Once the Kay Jeweler’s employee removed the necklace from the display case, the suspect snatched it from her hands and fled to a nearby vehicle where Luis Chavez-Madrid was awaiting in the driver seat, acting as a lookout. The vehicle fled the scene into Orange County. Both suspects were arrested and cooperated during this investigation. The stolen necklace was recovered in Polk County after being sold by the suspects.
