On Friday, May 10th, 2024, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the mother of a 12-year-old victim who reported that on the evening of May 9th, 2024, an unknown suspect had taken an inappropriate photograph of her daughter as she bent down to tie her shoelace. The victim had been wearing a skirt at the time. This incident occurred at the Target store at 3200 Rolling Oaks Boulevard in Kissimmee, FL.
Investigation of the incident identified Daniel Patricio Mora (DOB 5/4/97) as the suspect. On May 16th, 2024, Mora returned to the same Target store. Asset Protection members contacted our agency, where deputies responded and made contact with Mora.
During an interview, Mora admitted to taking the inappropriate photo of the victim on May 9th. Additionally, Mora admitted having more pictures and videos stored on his cell phone and computer devices at his residence. Mora was subsequently arrested and charged with Voyeurism of a Minor. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges will be forthcoming.
Based on the investigation, the suspect was arrested.
