Osceola County (July 2, 2020) On April 27, 2020, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the
National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding child sexual exploitation
material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation into the
incident.
On July 2, 2020, Detectives with the ICAC unit served a search warrant at 808 Mansion Lane, Kissimmee, FL
regarding this incident. The suspect, Timothy Arias was cooperative with the investigation. Based on
information obtained during the investigation, Mr. Arias was charged with 9 counts of Promotion of Child
Pornography. Mr. Arias was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $22,500.00 bond.
