Shelly began her career at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in July 1995, as a 911/Communications Operator. During the course of her employment with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, she has had the opportunity to directly supervise a section of the Communications Division, Information Management Services, and the Evidence Unit. In 2020, she was promoted into a Manager position, overseeing the functions of the Evidence Unit, the Forensic Unit, and the Latent Print Unit. Shelly currently serves as a Director, overseeing the functions of the Communications Division, the Records Unit, and the Evidence Unit.
Shelly is a graduate of the Public Safety Leadership Development certification program offered through Valencia College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Shelly is a native Floridian, born and raised in the St. Cloud area. She has been married to her husband Les for the last 20 years and together they share four children.
