Ms. Nirva Rodriguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. She is a proud mother to a wonderful son and has expressed that motherhood has helped implement her into the woman she is today. Ms. Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in effectuating systems, various program processes, and handling quality controls in numerous private sectors. These experiences have been used while taking on a role as the Director of the Housing Department of Puerto Rico. After that, she worked alongside US Congressman Alan Grayson as his immediate spokesperson. Many of the strong characteristics Ms. Rodriguez is known to have, is the ability to help navigate marketing strategies in campaign formats all while using her interpersonal skills and networking abilities. She has helped lead many people in Puerto Rico and Florida to great success, all while doing what she loves to do. Now, she is here, proudly working with our office to help serve and protect the citizens of Osceola County. As a strong believer, she states, “God’s plan is always the best; sometimes the process is painful and hard. Don’t forget that when God is silent, he’s doing something for you. Believe! As the Executive Director, she will oversee multiple divisions and the employees working under those divisions.
