Osceola County (October 3, 2019), On September 28, 2019, deputies with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office
responded to St. Cloud in reference to a report of sexual battery. The juvenile victim advised she was
sexually battered by Wesley Allan Churchill on two separate occasions (once in Orange County and once in
Osceola County). Churchill is a registered sex offender from Maine. Detectives with the Osceola County Sex
Crimes Unit conducted a thorough investigation and obtained an arrest warrant on Churchill for Capital Sexual
Battery. On October 2, 2019, Churchill was located by the United States Marshal’s in Seminole County and
arrested for the above-listed charge. Detectives believe this is an isolated incident but are requesting any
additional information about Churchill or this crime. This is an ongoing investigation and there will be
additional charges.
