Captain Molina was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and has 26 years of law enforcement experience. He served 9 years with the New York City Police Department and has been at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office for the past 17 years.
While working at the NYPD, he served 4 years on patrol followed by 5 years in the Organized Crime Control Bureau; Narcotics Division, where he was promoted to Detective. At the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, he served as deputy on patrol and later served as a Detective in the Tourism Policing Unit and the Robbery Unit. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant where he served in the Patrol Division and was later selected to be the Sergeant of the Violent Crimes Unit where he remained until he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. He served as one of the Lieutenants within the Patrol Division and was later selected to be the Lieutenant of the Westside Criminal Investigation Division. He managed the Robbery Unit, Tourism Policing Unit, the South and West Property Crimes Units. He currently serves as the Captain of the Westside Patrol Division.
Captain Molina and his wife Yoamir have been married for 24 years and have 2 children. Captain Molina is a dedicated public servant who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life.
