A law enforcement agency the size of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office generates a lot of “paperwork” in the form of written incident reports. The responsibility for maintaining that paperwork, properly documenting it, and storing it for quick retrieval is one of the many responsibilities of the agency’s Records Section.
All public records requests pursuant to Florida State Statute 119.07 should be directed to the appropriate custodian of records as indicated below.
This notice is provided pursuant to 2017-21, Florida Laws and Chapter 119.07, Florida State Statutes.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
